As a BI intern for Alleo, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teams by providing accurate and insightful data analysis. You will work closely with customer-facing teams to help them leverage data for better business decisions to ensure data accuracy, maintain reporting systems, and deliver ad hoc data requests.

What you will do

Dashboard Management & Learning:

• Assist in managing and updating department-specific dashboards. This includes learning how to add/remove filters and maintain query accuracy amidst data changes.

• Develop a deep understanding of data accuracy and integrity, with guidance on identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Learn how to respond to ad hoc data requests from different departments, using tools like SQL to extract and analyze data.

• Gain experience in crafting clear and actionable insights through well-structured reports.

Project-Based Learning:

• Engage in data-driven projects with the opportunity to take ownership, under the mentorship of a manager.

• Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of projects, with a focus on aligning with company-wide strategies.

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions, gaining practical experience in problem-solving and strategic thinking.

What you’ll bring

• Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of SQL (and Python), with a preference for experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Power BI).

• Strong analytical skills.

• Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely.

• A proactive, independent worker with a team-oriented mindset.
