After our successful 2023 launch, localizing our amazing SaaS platform for personalized compensation in Germany, Alleo is geared up for the next big move. Teaming up with top brands like DeepL, HelloFresh, and Zalando, we're on the lookout for an experienced leader to drive our German expansion as the Head of Expansion. Joining our skilled management team, you'll be instrumental in growing Alleo across Europe. Your role involves shaping our market strategy, building a strong team, and leading us to conquer the German market 💰

Your work includes

  • Build the go to market strategy
  • Build a local team of business developers, marketeers, partner managers & support
  • Close deals with customers and partners
  • Build up a community of finance & HR leaders
  • Be actively involved in improving our product towards local market requirements 

Job requirements

As our first representatives on the German ground, you will drive the growth journey and be our face in the market. That will among other demand a lot of:

You have:

  • You are a native German speaker 🇩🇪
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in commercial management positions 
  • Experience in B2B SaaS / fintech / hr tech
  • Extensive experience in sales to C-suites
  • Excellent communications skills in English
  • A university degree in economics
