What’s it’s like to be a Business Development Manager at Alleo?
You will be responsible for:
Managing the full cycle sales process, from creating opportunities to closing new business.
Being in the lead during the whole process, building relationships both externally as sharing valuable insights and feedback with internal departments.
Structuring your work using a full set of tools (a.o. Hubspot, Apollo, Smartlead) and content that we are offering and will help you in doing so.
Community building, acquiring market intelligence and acting as the thought leader for your dedicated segment in the NL market.

Job requirements
Who are we looking for?
You have:
2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development;
Network within either finance or HR;
Experience with working in a B2B, fast-paced, consultative selling environment;
Strong networking skills and capable of influencing at senior level;
Great presentation skills, you have the right combination of being persuasive and enthusiastic;
An entrepreneurial and growth mindset, you are able to take ownership of your targets, tasks and role;
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
